On Monday, lovely Venus orbits along into the airy realms of Gemini, where she will remain for the next 25 days or so, just in time for the height of summer madness. Venus in this sign symbolizes light-heartedness, with playful expressions of fanciful daydreams, and a thoughtful approach to love and romance. There is perhaps as well an inclination towards superficiality. Celebrate with dancing, flirtatious banter, and a lively curiosity to see just what the day might bring you. While this aspect can be wildly entertaining and engaging, it may be beneficial to remain aware of both its flighty nature and also of a more serious and earthy approach to Venus, although you could do best by allowing the summer winds of change to pass lightly through your fingers, and enjoying this time of Venus in constant motion without the grasping of attachment. The lyrics to a K.D. Lang song come to mind: "Sweet sweet burn of sun and summer wind. And you my friend, my new fun thing, my summer fling. Laugh oh how we would laugh at anything."
